NOTE 2: If you need Overnight shipping AND have your own customer number with FedEx or DHL, we can ship overnight to you at your expense. (Bill receiver). Send us an E-mail in advance and we will arrange this special service for you at no additional charge.

Return/Exchange Policy:
All purchases made from us may be returned in first 30 calendar days after purchase for the full refund, excluding any shipping and handling fees. Buyer is responsible for shipping item(s) back. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments.

USA RETURNS: Please contact us and we will provide a US address to return your item. USA

- No refund or exchange will be issued without prior authorization. Please contact us before sending your item back. All products sent back for return or exchange must be received by us (seller) within 7 calendar days from the date the return authorization is issued. Products received later than this date cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

- If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 3 days from the date you receive your order. If found defective, a replacement will be shipped immediately under sellers expense. Units returned for exchange and found not to be defective will be returned at buyers expense.

- All items must be returned in [as new] condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, and user manuals. Original boxes, packing materials, wrappers, and cartons are to be returned without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Products returned in unacceptable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of us (seller).

- If a package is refused on delivery, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee less shipping.

- Shipping/Handling/Insurance charges are non-refundable in any circumstances.
